Rosewood is envisioned as a village type community in downtown Fayetteville consistent with the new urbanism style of development. New Urbanism is a design movement which promotes environmentally friendly habits by creating walkable neighborhoods containing a wide range of housing and job types. These ideas can all be circled back to two concepts: building a sense of community and sustainable development practices.

We seek to implement the new urbanism design movement in every facet of Rosewood. From environmentally friendly underground stormwater detention facilities to energy saving solar powered LED street and walkway lighting fixtures to EV charging stations, everything about Rosewood is designed to foster an amicable co-existence with the planet. Our walkable tree-lined streets and near 2 acres of green space, representing nearly a quarter of the site, are designed to bring the occupiers of the land into a closer ecology with nature.

We believe Rosewood will be transformative for downtown Fayetteville and a catalyst for similarly walkable developments in the downtown core community.

Rosewood is conceived and developed by Heritage Creek Development I, LLC and Levanta Residential I, LLC, an affiliate of the Integral Group of companies. Architectural design credit is due to BILD Design Studio, LLC. Civil Engineering and site planning compliments of SPG Planners + Engineers.
